Welcome to 2023
Happy New Year!
After some time off, I’m thrilled to be with you again. 2023 will be a fantastic year if we believe it and set the intention.
I started the year by challenging my husband to a foot race; of course, he won. (It’s okay to do something out of the ordinary).
My friend sent a greeting message that had me laughing. It read:
“New Year. Same Old Me."
It’s been over 20 years since I last saw her, so seeing a picture of my friend and her husband made me happy. The Christmas greeting card will be on my fireplace mantle for a long time.
I want to ask for your help.
To improve my blog, your thoughts and opinions are needed. So please let me know if there’s something you want to see or a question you would like answered. It may take some time, but I will do my best to respond.
2023 is a year full of goals.
Blogging Goals
1. Highlight a parent
2. Create a kid’s spotlight
3. Invite passionate people
4. Grow my blog
5. Host contests and giveaways
6. Welcome guest writers and bloggers
7. Interview new people
8. Include reader feedback
Besides blogging, my days are filled with many things, including children’s story writing, which reminds me of this:
Now is perfect if you haven’t signed up to be on my reading list (on the homepage).
The first 50 people who sign up will be entered into a drawing (details to come). You will receive special offers and invitations once my children’s book is released.
Here are a few quotes I would like to share with you.

I value your feedback and hope to hear from you soon. Thanks for reading.
